We recently moved our organization to a new building, and needed a new phone system.  After seeing the BluePrint commercial on tv, I gave them a call to see what they could do for us in our new facility.  From the very beginning the process was just seamless and the customer service was amazing.  I told them what I wanted, and they simply made it happen, doing most of the work.  I purchased 13 new phones and Darlene spent a whole day here training people on them and didn't leave until she was certain our staff had it down.  Darlene did everything possible to make this transition as smooth as she could, and Keith has been equally attentive, making sure all is working well several months after the change.  I would highly recommend this company, I'm very happy with the phones and even more impressed with the level of customer service they provide.
