Blueprint's Response to COVID-19

Dear Blueprint friends and customers, 

At Blueprint, we value and understand the challenges that businesses face during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We continue to stand by our commitment to provide our customers with the most reliable communication, data, and security services to keep your business runningWe also understand that your needs may change, and modifications may be necessary to make your workplaces a safe and healthy place for your employees and customers. Contact us to discuss how we can help you through those transitions. 

We also wanted to take a moment to update you on the temporary steps Blueprint is taking as a response to COVID-19: 

  • We have educated and updated our employees on the recommended health and safety guidelines made by the CDC 

  • Our Sales and Support teams will limit interaction with current and potential customers by using phone, email, video, chat, and other digital methods. 

  • Local installs and trouble calls will continue as necessary with emphasis on hand washing before and after working at a customer’s location. 

  • Please understand that if you or someone in your office is sick, we will need to postpone the work in order to keep everyone healthy.  

  • Where possible, some Blueprint staff will be transitioning to working from their homes. Our employees are still committed to providing support to our customers during this time. 

Blueprint will continue to take all the necessary actions to keep our employees and customers safe. We will also continue to monitor the day-to-day updates on COVID-19 to ensure we continue to have the necessary protocols in place.  

We want all our customers to know that our heart goes out to all those who have been impacted by the virus, and we recognize the many efforts that are being taken by people and business everywhere to protect our nation, our communities, and our families.
